Early on in my career, a chance conversation gave me a break and I’ve never forgotten that. It was a previously unseen opportunity, one that needed to be explored with a mix
of curiosity and confidence.
It probably wasn’t called networking or coaching back then.
However opportunities happen when people step forwards and engage with one another with an open mind.
Today my work revolves around enabling people to be seen, heard and valued.
Same principle, different execution.
Shining the light on people,
giving them a moment to reflect and recognize their true potential.
Something that is already within them.
They just need to take a deep breath, say the words or take that first step forwards.
My focus is inspiring the next generation of leaders to be their best.
To create a legacy mindset and a groundswell of positivity in business.
To be known as that kindness accelerator,
the curious disruptor,
or the bold advocate in your company.
It all starts with yourself.
