Relooking At Routines

Losing a job is part of the journey, not the final destination.
However it’s really tough out there…
The search for a new role or job is a long and frustrating process.

It’s important to create new routines.
To give yourself some space and grace, as the search can make you feel stuck and impact your outlook and wellbeing.

The “Coffee & Jam” Coaching Program is designed for jobseekers.
👋 To help get you unstuck…
👋 To give your confidence a boost…
👋 And to figure out those transferable skills (that everyone keeps posting about) by creating a simple story or red thread to help you move forwards.

The program gives you tools to:
– Spring clean your CV.
– Polish your elevator pitch.
– Refresh your ‘About’ section.

We also calculate how many working hours you have left in your lifetime, to give a sense of purpose, and figure out what you want to achieve with those hours.

Thea Jones is a Buyer and Freelance Brand Consultant, experienced in Luxury multi-brand buying, with a depth of knowledge in the Women’s RTW, Men’s Contemporary RTW and Lifestyle categories.
💚 She’s currently ‘Open To Work’.

Here’s her feedback on the “Coffee & Jam” Program:
💥 “Being able to now concisely identify my strengths and key skills has increased my confidence.”
💥 “It was game-changing the way we were able to distil my ‘secret sauce’ or USP down, and then tie in my ‘About’ section, my CV and pitch to ensure the message can easily get across to potential recruite

Here’s what Thea wants to do with her remaining working hours:
“With my 66,000 hours I would like to make a positive difference, to have an impact no matter how small and to always lead with kindness.”
